10.YH-88 emulsifying wax

2. Application
Made from high-quality ester, the wax are acid non ionic surfactant. It has antistatic nature and emulsifying property, gives yarn smooth surface, clear end, good size adherence, good lease performance, and reduce defects. The wax are used for sizing pure cotton, chemical and their blended yarn. It is also a defoamer in glue size.
3. Operation guide
(1) For after waxing
(2) Keep the groove temperature under 80- 85 centigrade degree
(3) Dosage: 0.2-0.3% dry yarn weight
(4) Aids dosage: 0.5-1.5% size weight

11.YH-88 emulsified oil
1. Product properties
(1) Appearance: light yellow, non-smell solid

2. Application: added to size glue as softening agent, gives softening, lubricating and defoaming effect, also after-emulsifying oil for dry sized yarn.
